I am a passionate and technically skilled and educated System/Network administrator/engineer of Microsoft , Novell , Citrix , Cisco and HP products with broad experience in application, database, incident and change management and have fulfilled several roles as a project/team lead for services and infrastructure implementations. Work on long-term projects were carried out in collaboration with a ‘skilled helpdesk' and according to ITIL helpdesk procedures. I can work very independently but am also a very social team player, working in the ICT sector for over 12 years and having a broad knowledge and understanding of ICT processes and technologies. I have also worked as a programmer and engineer in Industrial Automation and as change and incident manager with the Royal Bank of Scotland and ABN/AMRO. I follow new technical developments (cloud and virtualization) and study actively
(Cisco, Microsoft, VMWare, Citrix, Prince2, Information Technology).

Client: RBS Project: Network Transformation Project Jan 2013 – Dec 2014
Project Context:
The Accenture-RBS Network Service Management Team is responsible for providing the primary Business interface between the Bank and the teams that support the Global Network Infrastructure in the EMEA WAN Infrastructure Services Locations.

Role Description:
The Incident/Change Manager will focus on helping projects (change initiatives), achieve business objectives through managing the end-end change process. The Incident/Change Manager will be responsible for all activities relating to change management administration and act as a single point of contact regarding changes in the client environment by collecting, verifying, logging, reviewing, and tracking all changes.

Incident Management
• Log all incoming work, and record sufficient information to facilitate effective incident, problem, or request processing.
• Assess the impact, urgency, and priority of Live Incidents and prioritise appropriately
• Chair or Attend Incident Handling Calls/Meetings and drive Operations Teams/3rd Party Vendors towards restoration of Service within agreed SLA Targets
• Provide the Primary Interface between the Business and Operations Teams for all Live Incidents
• Escalate incidents, problems, and requests that cannot be resolved by the service desk to the appropriate Service Delivery team, and monitor progress.
• Obtain user feedback, and close incidents, problems, and requests.
• Communicate the status of all open Incidents.
• Working with the Problem Management Team Investigate and diagnose the root cause of incidents, and identify the resolution or error.
• Raise Requests for Change (RFCs) to resolve errors and prevent the recurrence as part of the Incident Resolution Process
• Track Incidents through to resolution and produce and accurate time bound event log
• Provide documented updates as agreed to all Stakeholders throughout the Incident Management process

Change Management
• Analyze, prioritize, classify, and schedule Requests for Change (RFCs)
• Assign teams to conduct the RFC impact analyses and risk assessments
• Confirms the scope of the change, dependencies & impact to the production environment
• Interface between the Business and the IT Teams with regards to all Change related issues
Manage and Own the Forward Schedule of Change
• Produce and circulate the Change Schedule as per agreed SLAs
• Manage the Emergency Change Process
• Liaise with all necessary parties to coordinate change building, testing, and implementation in accordance with schedules
• Escalate the RFCs that are beyond the control of the change advisory board (CAB) to the IT executive committee
• Provide the change notification to the change requester and other affected parties
• Monitor the successful completion of all RFCs
• Review all implemented changes to make sure they have met their objectives
• Review all outstanding RFCs awaiting consideration or awaiting action
• Review and evaluate the change process
• Analyze Change Records to determine any trends or apparent problems that occur, and seek rectification with relevant parties
• Produce regular and accurate management reports
• Select the CAB members, and facilitate the CAB meetings
• Prepare the agenda for the CAB meetings, and provide all the necessary review information to the CAB members prior to meetings
• Manage policies, processes, and procedures associated with client level changes ensuring that knowledge management resources are updated accordingly. Investigate, analyze and resolve operational problems and complaints related to the monitoring infrastructure
• Develop and implement operating procedures that conform to corporate standards defined jointly with other delivery organizations

Client: Buma/Stemra Project: System & Network Administration Aug 2008 – Sep 2012
Project Context:
Accenture is responsible for the IT management of the overall Microsoft landscape at the client.
The services are delivered based on a Service Level Agreement.

Role Description:
System and Network Administrator for Microsoft, HP and Cisco Infrastructure, including 160 servers for alarming, email, backup, Microsoft Dynamics, software distribution, BI, SAN storage, etc.
Application Administrator for worldwide CISNET application for musical copyrights, including Microsoft SQL server, Apache webserver, Weblogic webserver, GlassFish webserver.
Implementation of diverse computernetworks to the Buma/Stemra computernetwork (Buma/Cultuur), including Microsoft email, Active Directory, VPN and backup.
Implementation of Virtual Server Network to the existing server network.
